About Me

I have been happily married for 40 years

(2nd time around)

and have two girls and identical twin boys...

and they have given me eight grand kids and
one great-granddaughter and three great-grandsons!

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest

(Seattle/Tacoma)

and lived there for over 44 years.
~ Cool and Wet ~

Most of my family is still there.

I miss them... and I also miss seeing Mt. Rainier

and the Cascades every day!

I've been on this "journey" away from home
for almost 20 years. I hope to return
"home" one of these years.

First we moved to the Gold Country hills of

Northern California, and then to just outside

the beautiful Napa Valley.

Dallas/Fort Worth Texas had been our home

for six "long" menopausal years.
~ Hot and Humid ~

In 2011 we moved to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert

area in the desert of southern California.
~ Hot and Dry ~

My current home is just east of the Colorado Rockies.
~ Mile High ~
